Gamma Iota Chapter
Welcome to Alpha Phi!
My name is Emilee Elmore and I am the current President of the Gamma Iota chapter of Alpha Phi at Texas Tech University. I am incredibly honored and humbled to be representing 230 of the most inspiring women I’ve ever met. Alpha Phi has given me a place of unity, a sisterhood and a place I will forever call home. Each and every day I feel incredibly fortunate to call each one of these women my sisters. These women have allowed me to thrive and achieve more than I possibly could of imagined.
We were founded in 1872 and as sisters of Alpha Phi,, we pride ourselves on being the best versions of ourselves and holding each other to the highest standards. Each sister is extraordinary in her own way but together we are complete, this is what makes our sisterhood so incredibly special.
During my time in Alpha Phi, I have grown as a person, sister, and leader. I am especially fortunate to be surrounded by women who embolden and encourage me every day. It never ceases to amaze me how my each and every woman plays a part in Alpha Phi’s legacy. I am so gracious of my opportunity that I have been given to lead some of the best women on the Texas Tech campus.
Thank you for your interest in the Gamma Iota Chapter here at Texas Tech!
