Interested in Alpha Phi?
Recruitment is Your Key
New Members are the lifeblood of Alpha Phi. Through the mutal selection process called "recruitment" approximately 55 lucky girls join Alpha Phi each fall. Our New Members will represent Alpha Phi on the Texas Tech campus for four years and will become a part of an international network of outstanding women. These new members exemplify the ideals upon which our sorority was founded over 130 years ago.
Your first step toward joining Alpha Phi -- or any sorority on the Texas Tech campus -- is signing up for recruitment. Formal recruitment takes place in the fall of each year. Some sororities recruit throughout the year in a process called continous open bidding.
Alpha Phi does not know what chapters (if any) are participating in COB. If you are interested in joining a sorority, please contact the Texas Tech recruitment site. For additional questions e-mail Tricia Phillips or call 806-742-2403, extension 451.
